With more than four million square feet of space on three continents, we are positioned to provide robust logistics and life-cycle management internationally. This includes preconfiguration of Call Manager on Cisco wireless phones and deployment of mobile Webex Room Kit solutions. 

Specialists from our Adoption Services Practice work with both end users and IT to ensure customers are using the full feature sets of their collaboration solutions. We have hundreds of training specialists who can provide on-site and remote training for Webex Meetings and other Cisco collaboration solutions. We also give IT staff access to our ATC, allowing them to familiarize themselves with version updates and deploy updates into production environments faster. 

Successful collaboration requires organizations to integrate solutions from different vendors. We help customers integrate existing persistent collaboration tools, such as Microsoft Teams and Slack, with Cisco Jabber and Webex Teams. Additionally we integrate third-party tools like Teem for easier room scheduling.

First, our Licensing Consultants work with customers to determine the best consumption model based on their business goals. Then, our Subscription Services give customers everything they need to properly bill and track expenses to drive the successful outcome of their Flex purchases.

The WWT Advanced Technology Center (ATC) offers ready-to-deploy labs for Cisco's entire collaboration portfolio. We can also customize labs through our Lab as a Service (LaaS) offering which gives customers devoted resources in the ATC based on performance and security requirements.
